When creating a pedestrianised space on Station Rise – by Tulse Hill station we wanted to add some greenery to brighten up the area, and also stop vehicles parking along the double yellow lines.
We put in some flower beds which were planted up with hardy species.
However, sadly cars kept driving over these beds – despite us using rocks in them! As a result, the BID has kindly donated some large new planters for Station Rise.
These nice metal planters really add to the atmosphere in Station Rise.
The designs are here!
